They say God never gives you anything you can’t handle, but in reality, the pain we endure in life sometimes challenges us in unexplainable ways. The life story of Arnez Reid is not for the light-hearted and mystifies ordinary people’s mindset. Arnez Reid’s childhood included economic struggle, drug-filled street corners, dysfunctional father figure, mother’s love, street dreams, and the love of Hip-Hop.

Arnez developed a love for Hip-Hop and blues music during his childhood years. Surrounded by his cousins and neighborhood friends, co-assisted lighting the musical fire inside him. During his high school years at Steelton Highspire, the final light of promise shined brightly, and his path of destiny was revealed. Arnez knew it was time to “Double Up” and push all his chips to the middle of the table. The claws of incarceration trapped his body temporarily, but his spirit and soul were never comprised. Upon his release from incarceration, Arnez dodged a significant bullet in life and never looked back. In 2017, Kitchen Talk Music Group formed, which included a record label, publishing entity, global merchandising, film production.

In 2019, the first commercial music release from “Kitchen Talk Music” Group was hard-hitting street anthem “What U Made 4”. “What U Made 4” embodies the hustler storytelling every street solider loves to hear and aspire to. “What U Made 4” quickly attracted the attention of mainstream DJs, Hip-Hop heavyweights, and club promoters. The track became an instant Instagram fan favorite and the momentum has never slowed since day one. “What U Made 4” accumulates thousands of listeners between Spotify and Apple Music monthly.

All the tragic moments in the life of Arnez Reid created obstacles, burnt bridges, incarceration, fear of God, and more. However, because of his relentless human inner drive, Arnez Reid, aka SKOOLDAGOON, converted his incarcerated dreams into reality fueled by Animal Ambition.
